By accessing or using any services provided by HyperWave (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the services.

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Services Provided

Web hosting, dedicated servers, Minecraft server hosting.
Note: VPN services have been discontinued due to regulatory compliance.
We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

4. User Obligations

Use services only for lawful purposes under applicable laws.
No hacking, spamming, fraud, or other illegal activities.
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperWave is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures. All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to its terms.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Invoices due within 3 calendar days—nonpayment leads to suspension.
Terminated services are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except for verified service failures over 72 consecutive hours. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
